The first step in the process is to meet with you and to look at the space that is going to be remodeled. We will talk about the space and together, we will discover your goals and dreams regarding function, flow and style. Through discussions, as well as questionaires, I will begin to understand your style preferences, as well as priorities and general budgets.
The second step begins the actual design of the space. Using the details learned during our meetings, I will create three to four initial layouts for you to review. Once we have settled on a final layout, I will complete the design so that you will have perspective and elevation drawings. Perspective drawings are a life-like rendering of the design that will give you a great idea of what the space will look like when the project is finished.
While the design is being developed, we will also begin making all the selections, from cabinets to your plumbing fixtures to tile selections. I have developed a well organized system that will help you know when you need to finalize your selections, such as appliances, tile, paint and counter tops. This will keep your project running smoothly. I am here to assist you with the entire project, with as much or as little help as you desire.
